NexPrint 12 x 20v , an full featured entry level semi-automatic screen printing machine targeted to printers looking for low budget, high performance machines. The 12x20v, offered at a discounted price of INR2,60,000 plus, is meant for shopping bag printing such as wedding card ,sticker ,Heat transfer lables,non woven, paper bag, jute, polyester, PP and cotton bags. stickers, labels, garment tags, wedding cards and such other small area printing jobs. For those who wish to print jobs with UV ink or varnish, The other features are: adjustment of screen height, Separate squeegee pressure; the stainless vacuum bed has size of 16 x 22 inch. It can fit screen frame size of min 1 8 x 24 inch and max: 24 x 28inch. Weighing 165 kg approx, the compact machine has a dimension of 56 inch (L) x 40 inch (W) x 49 inch (H).

This option provide cycle counts in Auto mode as well semi automatic mode .Two types of counter is there one is resetable counter another one is permenent counter
Timer used for automatic cycle delay timeing for next cycle start ,it can be adjustabel as per customer conveniant 0 to 5 sec
Using this option this option can select ink Ready coat for printing or instent coat printing ,it is very usefull option to contol off the flowing ink and to contol ink depost or DFT (Dry Film Thickness )
